SOS Sunday School class helps distribute food at ACTS on the 3rd Saturday of each month.Â
"Souper Bowl" of Caring- We call it Souper Sunday- Youth collect cans of soup to donate to ACTS Food Bank. Â St. Paul typically donates 400-500 cans to our community each year.
St. Paul volunteers partner with the Aiken County Highway Dept. to keep our roads clean.
Reading mentor for students to share the joy of reading and to enhance reading skills.
Funds raised advance the research, care and support efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
St. Paul members participate in the walk in October of each year and raise significant funds for this cause.
The Angel Tree is our participation in the community with Oakwood Windsor Elementary School. We collect Christmas gifts for specific children, deliver them to the school and then the parents come and pick them up.
The Aiken Buddy Walk is an avenue to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Month and to promote acceptance and inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome in the CSRA. St. Paul joins the Aiken Buddy Walk in October of each year.
Aiken's comprehensive program for the investigation, prosecution and treatment of child abuse cases.
Therapeutic childcare program which promotes educational competency and offers behavioral and rehabilitative therapy.
Safe shelter for abused women and children.
Rebuilding assistance for locations that have experienced natural disasters.
We partner with Family Promise and other local churches in the fall and host the annual rummage sale in our gymnasium. The money raised supports Family Promise's mission to help local families avoid homelessness. Â
Youth development program which teaches life skills and leadership through the game of golf.
Provides food resources through Georgia and South Carolina to help our neighbors in need overcome hunger and lead happy, healthy lives.
A non-profit Christian housing ministry.
A safe place that abused, abandoned and neglected children from any part of South Carolina can call home and know their needs will be met.
St. Paul makes monthly prison visits. Â Volunteers bake cookies throughout the year for delivery to inmates.Â
Reroofing and house repair assistance.
LATCH is a St. Paul led program that has completed 192 roofing projects since it's inception.
Provides medical and support services for women.
Fostering neighborhood book exchanges around the world.
Putting people to work through tuition-free job training programs.
Prayer ministry and phone cards for service men and women.
Provides programs to bring people affected by MS together to share common experiences, find support and learn about the disease.
Meets the third Saturday of each month at St. Paul.
Makes prayer shawls to welcome new members/special guests and to express support/concern for those who are ill or bereaved.Â
Makes an average of 50 quilts per year for Lutheran Relief Services.
St. Paul supports Christmas season bell ringers & feeding ministries.
St. Paul has held 6 blood drives each year for the past 20+ years. Two Blood Mobiles are available for donating blood in the church parking lot every 8 weeks. St. Paul donates around 170 units of blood each year.
St. Paul calls bingo every Sunday and provides Sunday Church Service for worshipping residents.
St. Paul's Youth and Church Life Committees coordinate an annual "Trunk or Treat" event in the church parking lot and invites the little children of our church and community to participate.
St. Paul collects school supplies for local students each July.
